Second interview, casual office. Help!

Please wise S & B ladies, help me!

As the title suggests, I have a second interview on Friday. For the first I wore a suit etc but she told me that it is a casual office and we can wear jeans etc to work. So what do I wear for the second interview? My gut says to go with a suit again but I don't want to look like a twat!

TIA!

Listen to your gut!

I run a casual office, and while we wear jeans every day, I would not be impressed if you wore them for your interview. Perhaps instead of a suit you could wear smart trousers / skirt and a shirt with no jacket, or a nice office dress, but steer well clear of 'smart casual' or jeans. Definitely better to be over dressed.

Good luck!

I worked and conducted many interviews for a company with a casual dress code. However interviewees would always be expected to turn up in a suit. I would be cautious and dress formally which won't offend anyone even if view deem it unnecessary.

Thanks! I wasn't considering wearing jeans, just smart trousers and top but will go with the suit again! Thanks!
