Should I send this dress back?

I bought this dress, which arrived yesterday - it is lovely and very flattering, but seems too much for everyday wear; I can't really think of an occasion when I'd wear it. Seems OTT for the beach too.

What do you think? I've ordered the shorter one too, and am thinking I should really send the maxi back, as much as I like it.

I think it's gorgeous, and you could really dress it down with flat sandals, or get away with it for evening in the summer with some statement earrings/necklace. I'd keep it!

I think it's lovely and would just wear it as an everyday dress. If you aren't comfortable with it though, send it back as you will never wear it.

I think that's dress you could get years of wear out of. Well, I could anyway!

Keep it I have similar but with 3/4 sleeves and its so flattering

I have that dress and wore it today, with gold sandals a denim jacket and butterfly scarf. It's quite booby so I'm going to have to try and pin the top just a little so it's suitable for day wear (was exposing just a little more than planned today at the zoo!). I'd wear it in the evening too perhaps with dressier flats and a bit of jewellery and perhaps swap the denim jacket for something a little smarter. I love the quality of WC jersey and have quite a few bits which have lasted really well. Keep it!

noddy, where did you get yours? Have yet to find a maxi with sleeves.
