Hair salons - Headmasters?

Hi all
Am a recent arrival to London and badly need my highlights done - brought home to me spectacularly by my three year old who said earlier 'Mummy your hair is two colours, brown here and blonde there.'
Anyway just wondering what the chain salons like Headmasters are like, are they highly rated? Only just found a great guy at home after a few disasters but cannot fly back alas!
Any feedback appreciated. I am in Wimbledon in London.

I've had my hair done at Headmasters on Wimbledon Broadway for the last 5 years and have been very happy with them. I usually just have a cut and blow dry, so don't know about highlights but I have had a semi permanent done a couple of times and its been fine. My hairdresser is Gareth if you want to ask for him.
