Boden Returns question.

Not technically 'Style & Beauty', particularly since the stuff I ordered has none of either of those things, but I've got an (extremely boring) question about returns.

I ordered a load of items from Boden, hoping to find a wedding outfit. It's all horrid so It's all going back. There wasn't a 'free returns' promo when I ordered, but I have a free returns label from an order I made ages ago (y'know, back when Boden had good stuff...) Can I use that? Will it still be the same Royal Mail contract no. etc?

Thanks

I have used a previous free returns label no problem.

MoaningMinnieWhingesAgain · 19/06/2012 09:49

But I was half waiting for them to charge me for the postage, but the good discounts never coincide with the free returns, do they?

MrsRogerSterling · 19/06/2012 09:50

I always save the pre paid labels and use when I need them, never had a problem and done it many times.

MrsKitty · 19/06/2012 09:52

Lovely - Thanks both.

So disappointed with the stuff I ordered, would be rather annoying to have to pay to return it & end up with nothing! Will use the sticker, and cross my fingers!

I always save my labels and use them with out a problem. If its loads though I also pay to put a recorded delivery on it just to track they get it.

i always save my labels too.

How disappointing mrskitty, what did you buy out if interest?

MrsKitty · 19/06/2012 16:35

Dancergirl Boden website keeps shutting down on me so can't do links (I've written this post several times now and lost it every time!) but I ordered:

Amalfi dress in 'apple'. Cold have been lovely (great material/colour) but the sizing around the ribcage/bust was appalling.

Valentine dress in 'ink'. Again, could have been great - fabric/lining reasonable (not as good quality as previous years items in 'same' fabric & price range though), length and general cut/sizing - great, but then the armholes were massive, leaving flashes of bra all over the place, and very unflattering to even a hint of a bingo-wing.

Retro Rose dress in 'bluebell'. OK. Fit/cut/fabric reasonable, but just didn't suit me.

Off to spend a fortune on the John Lewis website now instead. Going to a wedding in 4 weeks and have nothing to wear!
