Botox - why didn't I do it before?! And how long does yours last?

Been wingeing about my No11s for aaaages, so had botox 2 weeks ago and the difference is REMARKABLE. The 11s are almost completely gone Shock So little faff for so much result.

So I want this to continue, how frequently do you all have it done?

You will love it DearPrudence.

It doesn't hurt a bit, but it does make an odd crunch as it goes in.

catinboots · 21/06/2012 20:37

I quite enjoy 'the crunch'

catinboots · 21/06/2012 20:38

Feels like he's getting it in nice and deep

i bloody love botox. Ive only had it once, and juvederm on my nose to mouth lines, and i look ten years younger i think

cybbo · 22/06/2012 08:09

how long does juvoderm last?

Charliefox · 22/06/2012 08:46

I've had nose to mouth lines done once too, about 9 months ago and it's better now than it was at first. Has settled now and there is no trace of it, just a lovely lovely lack of lines! Hurts more than Botox though and needs 20 mins of freezing with ice beforehand.

Charliefox · 22/06/2012 08:47

Sorry, should have said, nose to mouth lines done with Juvoderm.

noddyholder · 22/06/2012 08:57

More chance of unpredictability with fillers. Have seen more than one lumpy face

SeasonOfTheWitch · 22/06/2012 12:53

yeah, I agree noddy, I've seen quite a few bad filler jobs although I suppose that's not that scientific in that I suppose I wouldn't notice the good ones.

They just often seem to give a fake look - especially when used near the mouth.

noddyholder · 22/06/2012 12:57

The body also naturally can reject things and that leads to lumpiness
