Turning 40 - need a make up revamp - suggestions please

I am turning 40 in November and have this dream of a perfectly well ordered make up bag with a few miracle products that will revolutionise my life and make me look 30. What are your top make up products?
I'm looking for recommendations for mascara, concealer, tinted moisturiser, foundation, bronzer, blusher, eyeliner (I currently use liquid eyeliner daily but think I need to soften my look a bit now that my eyelids are wrinkling!) and lipstick (I have very dry lips).

Barbara Daly primer
Bare Minerals Bisque concealor
BM foundation
Masterpiece mascara
Nude palette 1 eyeshadows
Eyeliners - No 7, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Avon glimmersticks

Masterpiece is made by Max Factor (I love it), unless valium was referring to a different one

Nude palette by Urban Decay - you can get them for about £20 on ebay instead of £35 plus.

Thanks everso. Will try the mascara on next trip to Boots. Don't wear eyeshadow day to day - perhaps it's time to start!

Invest in some good brushes to apply your makeup- mac do amazing ones, or Sonia Kashuk ( cheaper)
Using brushes has totally changed how my makeup looks.
