Love these but I am a 12/14. Which size should I get??

Does the sizing not come in cup sizes? They look sooo comfy.

I have the JML version from Boots (they all seem very similar); it says to go for your normal clothes size. I went down a size to medium (as I'm lightly endowed ) and I think I could have gone down to small - they seem very forgiving.

I am a 38H and the XL fits ok, I think the sizing is pretty generous

Have seen these and always fancied trying one? Are they really as good /supportive as they claim to be?
