Have ordered from them before for 'special' items for DD2 and everything has been lovely. This time, however, I had ordered a couple of items back in early April - a silk skirt and top which set me back a small fortune, but they were for 2 family weddings, so I justified the expense. However, they were beautiful but too small, so I returned them straight away to exchange them for the larger size. Waited and waited, nothing, so I rang them and had my call noted and told they'd ring me back. They didn't, so I called again 2 weeks later, same thing, didn't call again so I rang them again. This time got an email saying it was being dealt with. Meanwhile, one of the weddings came and went (DD wore something else) and still nothing, so I checked the website as I thought I may as well just re-order and cancel the old one. This was when I discovered the size I wanted had sold out in both items, so I sent them a bit of a ranty email to complain and......have still had nothing back. No refund, no items, no contact whatsoever.
Can anyone suggest what I might do next please. The suckiest customer service ever.

I presume paid through credit card? I'd pursue it through your bank.

I agree - go via your credit card company/bank & get them to refund you

Oh Gosh - £88 for a simple cotton toddler dress and its DRY CLEAN ONLY - Gawf! Confused

Thanks all. Went back on the website and, lo and behold, items are in stock again. So I've re-ordered (she is going to have to wear this bloody outfit every occasion for the rest of her life) and once I've received it, begin the pursuit of a refund for the original order. Didn't even think of doing it through the bank - thanks!
