Light waterproof coat- not a jacket

They do it in black or grey, it's a poncho which you can un-popper the sleeves for more space. It goes down to my knees and keeps me dry.

I just got this Gap jacket at the weekend and serves the purpose for me but then I don't really feel the cold...
