Do you wear a bra in bed?

And does it make any difference to sagging if you do?

Have worn a bra in bed since I got pregnant (10 years ago) as suggested at the time by Paula Yates.
I don't know how much difference it has made, but it's comfortable.

PrimaBallerina · 10/06/2012 20:15

No! I can't imagine doing that. Mine aren't massive though so they kind of stay put.

fuckityfuckfuckfuck · 10/06/2012 20:17

Always have done, but am quite large of nork and bfing at the mo. I find being braless incredibly uncomfortable actually.

shelley72 · 10/06/2012 20:22

I do, and I'm still small and saggy Shock. they flap about way too much without a bra!

BehindLockNumberNine · 10/06/2012 20:29

Oooh, noooo. I just could not. I am very very large of nork and find bras very uncomfortable. In fact I heave a sigh of relief at the end of the day when I take mine off.

BehindLockNumberNine · 10/06/2012 20:30

Can't advise on the sagging issue, mine are very friendly with my belly button and always have been... Sad

chocolateandcoffee · 10/06/2012 20:30

Yes I have, every since I was pregnant with dc1.

Mine are quite pert, even if I do say so myself. I have even had a few compliments. It pisses dh off no end though.

I don't know if its luck or down to the bra in bed though.

EclecticShock · 10/06/2012 20:34

No, only when pregnant and bf, they were bigger then and got in the way :)

EclecticShock · 10/06/2012 20:35

It is supposed to help prevent sagging apparently.

Virgil · 10/06/2012 20:40

I never have but have definitely noticed sagging recently and think i might start just in case it does help. Glad i'm not the only one who doesn't at the moment though.

I don't wear one in bed. On the few times I've fallen asleep in clothes I have found a bra in bed not that comfy as they can end up kind of digging in. Also I heard that wearing a bra to bed actually causes sagging, rather than prevents it, as your muscles never need to work to provide any support, so they get lazy Confused this might be bollocks though, admittedly

Bunbaker · 10/06/2012 20:43

No, never. But being an A cup it isn't necessary. No sagging here.

Mombojombo · 10/06/2012 20:43

I most certainly do. Currently breastfeeding so that's why, but even before that I'd always have a soft cup bra for sleeping, mainly cos 32HH norks don't half stick to ones armpits/side/belly on a warm night... Never pleasant unpeeling them in order to turn over!

usualsuspect · 10/06/2012 20:44

No, I like to swing free

I can't wait to take my bra off.

MirandaWest · 10/06/2012 20:44

No. But am 30C and tbh don't really need a bra at all although I think I look larger of chest with one on

AnyFucker · 10/06/2012 20:45

I always have and I'm not big-boobied

I cannot stand that feeling of slippage when you roll onto your side

I think I have a phobia about it Smile

orienteerer · 10/06/2012 20:45

No, never (D cup).

ByTheSea · 10/06/2012 20:45

Hell no! I'm another one who loves to let them loose the end of the day and am substantially endowed.

AnyFucker · 10/06/2012 20:45

my sis laughs her head off at me

on warm nights I wear a bra and nothing else

weird, but comfortable, I am like a dormouse that feels more comfortable in it's nest

OddBoots · 10/06/2012 20:48

Nope, and at 34 after 5 pregnancies I'm very pleased to say that they are still where I'd like them to be (between a B and a D at various stages of the past 15 years).

wonkylegs · 10/06/2012 20:51

Nope but my pj vest top does have a band for internal support - a full on bra isn't comfy tho.
I have fairly pert mid sized boobs

Charliefox · 10/06/2012 21:27

I would like to have fairly pert mid sized boobs

coffeeinbed · 10/06/2012 21:34

Absolutely not.
Don't need much support either.
I wish I did. Envy

piratecat · 10/06/2012 21:34

i am ample, but don't wear one unless they are killing me, pre period.

MaryPooPins · 10/06/2012 21:35

Please be cautious if you are restricting your circulation at all,
if ANY marks/indents the next day remove/change your bra.

Maybe a sports bra type would be ok.

but
please be cautious as this is not good for your Lymphatic system, and may increase your susceptibility to Breast cancer triggers. Sad
