I am currently sporting MATTE BLACK NAILS, with SILVER GLITTER ON BLACK as accent nails on my ring fingers.

In my opinion this makes me currently the coolest girl in the school by roughly 39.33%.

I painted mine hot pink with metallic purple tips. I was pleased until DH it said it looked like I've been gardening and have muck under my nail tips. Heathen he is.

I do think manicures are the BEST way of cheerin yourself up. I am feeling quite fat at the moment (thanks for the four day binge, Queenie ) and if it weren't for my purdy fingertips I'd be in a right mard.

Done but they're v unimpressive compared to y'all! And I wish I'd moisturised my scaggy cuticles and and and... fuss fuss fuss :o :o

Pinot Extravagance looks gorgeous, and a bit like one of my faves, OPI la boheme. I can't stop looking at my nails when I wear it, it does all kinds of interesting things in the light.

Oh dear, I'm creating a Flickr set just for photos of my ever changing nails, seeing as MN is taking an age just to do one photo...

I think I want purple and black this time, although I'm prone to changing my mind if I see a nice design in the window of the nail place...

Hehe, well I did preface my first post in this thread with "I cheat and get them done professionally" :)

It's the one thing bar gym membership I spend money on, and I love it. It IS very relaxing, I agree. I do wish I had the hand/eye coordination to do it myself though.

Well, despite the fact that we are supposed to be decorating the spare room today, DH is sugar soaping the walls and I am sitting here with coral nails with inexpertly done gradient with gold. I tied to cheat by just sponging on the gold over the coral with an eyeshadow thingy, but you really do need to do both colours on the sponge, don't you.

I just sponged the lighter pink over a dark red that hadn't quite dried rock solid, but I wouldn't take my first attempt as the last word on ombre...
