6 is nice too, but the colour makes it I think.

1. A bit too flat and messy for me

2. Cool colours, but you might risk ending up with a bit of a mullet, especially if you don't style it heavily every day

I think I'm a bit out of touch though, because I recoil from anything mega flat on top and big at the bottom, because to me it looks mullet-y. You need a bit of volume at the root (in my mind anyway).

Totally depends on your face shape as well. A bit of lift at the root is flattering on most people, I don't think many can carry off having it very flat at the root, can make your face look a bit triangular or wide unless you're a model.

If it helps, like I say my hair is like number 6, and I can wear it wavy, curly or straight like in the photo.

In fact I'm thinking about taking that photo in and getting the red streaks - I was going to dye it completely bright red tomorrow (Directions Poppy Red) but might change my mind after seeing that pic :)

I like 5-7 better than 1-4, but it depends on your hair type. The first four wouldn't look great on me because my hair is quite fine so I think they would look a bits rat's-taily towards the ends. If you have thicker hair they could look fab though.
