I saw a really chic lady outside the European Parliament wearing an incredibly effortless and elegant outfit - cropped tailored trousers, a lovely mac and some beautiful loafer-style shoes. They were in a very versatile tan and had the "nipples" on them which, I guess, makes them some kind of driving shoe!? Any suggestions welcomed - I want to be that chic Euro chick :)
