I am in agreement. This is neither stylish nor beauteous but it's what we're faced with in every shop.

this is EXACTLY what I wore in the 80s and I have the photos to prove it. I had the perfect size 8, tall lanky figure, but in the photos where I'm wearing these garbs you would never know it....

Can I just say that here, in America, we are not wearing those things. Which must be why they are making y'all buy them, because we flatly refused.

I wore stuff like that in the 90's, I was also skinny as anything, and looked anything but! They are ridiculously unflattering!

Even the model looks terrible and strangely out of proportion. Horrible.

Going into my favourite shop, spotting a lovely top from a distance, pulling it off the rail.... then the utter disappointment when I discover it's a fucking crop top. Or running over to the perfect skirt only to find it's a pair of shorts.

It's tiresome.

Can I again say how amazing COS are? Flattering, quite funky (always get complimented)- if I get stuff from M&S its always a bit biddy but I LOVE COS!!!!!
