Black dress and coloured shoes - yes or no?

I am going to a wedding next week (just the evening reception) and have a dress similiar to this (long sleeved, ruched waist, knee length).

Since it is a wedding I would like to wear it with coloured accessories. I think since it is long sleeved a wrap or jacket will be too much but maybe a nice bracelet and shoes in a matching colour would work?

The only shoes I have liked so far are these. Too much?

Otherwise I could go for red but can't find anything I like (hate stiletto heels).
