I'm tempted to look into semi-permanent makeup but I've heard mixed views about it. The edges of my lips are dark and my natural lip colour isn't very pink. I'm constantly applying glosses (don't wear lipstick) and I've tried long wearing lip stuff and stains and nothing works.
I'm considering either a semi perm lip liner or full colour in a natural shade. Has anyone had it done? Also, anywhere in the midlands that comes recommended?
