Has anyone tried Benefit Posietint? Does it really stay on, like a stain? Can it be used on lips?

Mac "So Sweet So Easy" cream blush..... Anyone?

Bobbi Brown "Pale Pink" Pot Rouge....anyone tried this?

Finding powders too drying for my age!

have tried BB pot rouge and they're nice. Quite sheer.

Bobbi brown pots are lovely, I've got 3. Cabo coral is very nice in summer. Check out Liz Eldridge for lots of cream blusher ideas.

Lisa not Liz

I had Posietint on yesterday. I find the colour quite sheer. It gives a healthy glow to my skin rather than a full on blush. V nice on lips too.

Ooh, thanks! Will try those two at least then!

I am an old gimmer and have used powder blush since the 70s. Last year DD, with the collusion of a Bobbi Brown assistant persuaded me to try their cream blush and it is gorgeous. I needed to be shown how to use it but now I've got the hang of it I love it and it looks "younger" somehow, more dewy and less flat.

The Bobbi one can also be used as a lip tint which is handy.

I have both benetint and poisetint. I prefer the benetint as it spreads easier and the colour is lovely, I'm very pale with cool tones. The posie has to be used quick or it goes patchy but it is a gentle soft flush that lasts a long time. I use it over my foundation but I use benetint under it. Posie is pretty on the lips too, not as long lasting as on cheeks though. They have brought out a new tint, can't remember the name but it's a warmer more orangey toned tint, looks pretty but depends on you skintone.

I like posietint. I don't wear foundation, and find it lasts fine. Benefit once did a cream in a tube called "cheekies", it went on neon pink but was really fab blended in.

Ok....have purchased the Posietint. The SA tried it on my cheeks and it looked barely noticeable but, she said I could build it up. I also tried a swatch on my hand which came up surprisingly pink and WOULD NOT BUDGE which I like. So many powders go patchy and fade on me by midday. Hours later, and despite doing some household chores.... The swatch remains on my hand.

Hope it gees up my tired looking face, a wee bit? I seem to have lost my "bloom" (tired old bag) Smile

Well, I need to overhaul my makeup bag.... May treat myself to more than one. A wardrobe of blush.....depending on my mood, that day.

Have to say, Posietint used on the lips is pretty good! It's faded slightly to a pretty pink. Doesn't look overdone and no dryness one usually gets with so-called long last lippies. I like.
