Can anyone recommend a toning shampoo / product for my hair please. It is quite goldeny/yellow now, and has only been three weeks since I had a half head of highlights. I am naturally very fair ! Thanks

PRO:VOKE Touch of silver shampoo. You can get it in Boots, it lasts for ages and works. Use it a couple of times a week.

I have the opposite problem. I can't get my highlights to stay golden enough. They always seem to acquire a grey ashy tint.

Cover them with a semi perm warm blonde to bring up the colour. Be careful not to pick too dark a shade because bleached hair can really grab the colour.

Lee Staffordshire beach blonde hair range is fantastic for reducing yellow tones - much better than John frieda

I would also look at Loreal Castings range. They seem to have some beautiful cool toned blondes which are really hard to come by.
