HELP!!!! Hair dye emergency!

I have just home dyed my hair and have just noticed a massive dye stain on the back of my neck - my hair is REALLY short. Am heading out for the school in a minute and then out for evening.

Is there any way to get it off?
Have tried wipes, nail polish remover and crying.

Nailbrush and soap works for me.

Or wear a scarf.

Body scrub? I've tried it as a last resort if my hairdresser has missed a bit when wiping off any excess dye. Could it be hidden by a floaty scarf / neck tie thing?

Fresh lemon juice.

Diluted bleach and be very careful and rinse it off well then wash it off too. Only to be used when all else fails!
