I think it is the same dress that dexter linked too - the blue band around the sleeves is simply where they have cut the fabric. The one in the DM link has the stripes in a different place, down to cutting the fabric - that is all. It looks like her sleeves show a grey & white strips (the one on the JL site has blue & white stripes on sleeve)

Just guessing, but since the article states that they all live in the US, isn't it likely that it's from an American store? Although the Hobbs dress is very like it.

There is a similar dress in matalan- sleeveless however. If you were looking for a mega cheap alternative! It is eight squid!!

Think Kate Garraway was wearing this on Daybreak today

They did a long sleeve winter version of this last season in orange/red/purple. Same material,cut, pattern. Looked nice on the hanger but looked awful when I tried it on. It's silk which I think unless you're very slim is quite unflattering.
