Soap and Glory foot file from Boots is amazing, there was a long thread on here about it a while ago with everyone singing it's praises. Also I like there heel balm but there is a lot of love on here for flexitol foot balm so maybe trynone of those. That should have them smooth and soft in no time.

I've been using CCS footcream after seeing what wonders it did for my mums nasty trotters. I'm impressed with it and it doesn't smell as yuk either. I got my soap and glory foot file the other day but not used it yet.

I also got the S and G foot file after reading about it on here and it really is as good as everyone says it is. You can also get a rotating battery operated file from all the pound shops, which smooths away the nail itself. They're a bit addictive tho, so be warned! Paint nails a lovely colour, exfoliate feet, spray tan and you're good to go.

I also have the S&G foot file and find it good, better than the ped egg.
I alsop bought some SUperdrug cracked heel cream after reading about it on here and its excellent, fianlly cured me of my painful cracked heels (better than the others I ahve tried and doesnt hurt either).

Wow thank you all. Now to see if my sleepy Cornish locality has the S&G file in stock - or will check online. Thank you, I think it will really help!

Newton's Chiropody sponge is the best I've found for lovely soft feet, you use with household soap. Flexitol a couple of times a week, and Aveeno cream (not lotion) as often as you can with socks.
You might need cuticle scissors and files too. Buff nails too if you have time, makes all the difference. Nail oil a little while after polish.
