dexter73 · 26/05/2012 19:06

I use the protect & perfect serum and the ant-dark spot facial sun cream.

HollyBollyBooBoo · 26/05/2012 19:06

Facial wipes, eye make-up remover, lip liner in nude and clear brow gel are what mine get spent on. Avoid the nail varnish, really doesn't last at all even with base & top coat.

jazzchickens · 26/05/2012 19:11

Instant Radiance concealer

Loose translucent powder

protect & perfect serum

All great stuff.

valiumredhead · 26/05/2012 19:25

The metallic eyeliners are good.

notnowImreading · 26/05/2012 19:26

The mascara that layers up is lovely. I've worn the name off my tube and can't remember it, sorry.

JessCartandahorse · 26/05/2012 19:27

Concealer very good, also their version of hot cloth cleanser.

SoozyWoozy · 26/05/2012 19:31

Concealer and waterproof mascara

dexter73 · 26/05/2012 19:32

I had forgotten the hot cloth cleanser was No.7 - I agree that is v good.

PuffPants · 26/05/2012 22:04

I am on my second tube of Airbrush Away primer, as recommended on MN. It goes on silky smooth and really does seem to enhance my make-up. I like it Smile

PavlovtheCat · 26/05/2012 22:08

loose powder
mascara
exfoliating body wash (lovely stuff in salmon coloured bottle, cant remember what its called)
lip liner
colour calming base make up

peachypips · 26/05/2012 22:23

I like the metallic eyeliners too- camouflage is a lovely antiquey gold colour which is lovely for summer, and the black sparkly one is nice for a nite out...

TheGruffalosbitch · 26/05/2012 23:04

I'm currently using liz earl c&p. How does the hot cloth compare?

I'm sorry, I think it is all shit.

I have tried numerous things as cheaper alternatives to other makes and have been disappointed every time. Unless your voucher covers the full cost of whatever you buy don't bother!

bluebump · 26/05/2012 23:11

I got the melting gel cleanser this time, and then a nail polish (everyone at work gives me the vouchers so I always get a nail polish for £2 even though they aren't great) I've yet to try the gel cleanser but I think I paid £4 with the voucher.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 26/05/2012 23:16

THey've got a hand scrub which is nice. I don't particularly rate any of their skincare products. Nail varnishes are pretty poor.

I like the Poppy King range of lipsticks, but they only seem to stock them in larger stores.

wildfig · 26/05/2012 23:33

Have you got any of the No7 make-up brushes? The foundation brush is particularly good - Lisa Eldridge uses one in some of her online demos.

EllenParsons · 27/05/2012 02:40

I really like the protect and perfect lipcare. It's a really nice moisturising lip cream that I always use before bed and has really prevented me getting any chapped lips since using it - on my 2nd tube now courtesy of the vouchers and will deifnitely get another with my next voucher!

Also quite like the beautiful skin face scrub, although tbh I prefer good old St Ives, but the No 7 one is worth it for a change only if using voucher, otherwise a rip off for what it is.

I think the nail varnishes are okay and nice enough for 2 quid but agree they are not the best.

What I don't really like -

The BB cream - seems really greasy and too dark
Primer - broke me out in a rash
Beautiful skin foaming cleanser - I liked it at first but seemed to be starting a rash so I stopped using it for now
Eye lash curlers - not v effective although I think they were completely free with the voucher

Iceflower · 27/05/2012 05:55

I bought the concealer brush and the head separated from the body within two weeks. This doesn't happen even with pound shop brushes Shock

dexter73 · 27/05/2012 07:30

I've not used Liz Earle so can't compare the two but the Boots one works well for me.

MousyMouse · 27/05/2012 07:33

the 'intelligent colour foundation' is nice. blends really well and doesn't look like a mask.

JulesJules · 27/05/2012 07:36

waterproof mascara

FunnyLittleFrog · 27/05/2012 07:43

There's a mascara that comes in an orange tube - longer lashes? Is good.

Also, pressed and loose translucent powder.

Fluffycloudland77 · 27/05/2012 08:39

I used Liz Earle C&P and switched to No7 for financial reasons, it is very good and I dont intend to switch back.

It is on offer sometimes 3 for 2 as well.

I was convinced it would be rubbish and I would be all spotty but not the case at all.

VivaLeBeaver · 27/05/2012 08:41

I love their microdermabrasion scrub/face wash thingy. Really, really rate it. Makes my skin glow.

Krumbum · 27/05/2012 09:33

Their pencil eyeliners are the longest lasting I've ever used and they have lots of colours, the moisture lip sticks and lovely and smooth and Both the lash adapt and curling mascaras are brilliant. I've just got a voucher too I'm excited about stocking up!
