eyelinet and mascara

What do you use and where do you put it in this weather? I use max factor masterpiece max on my top lashes and Dior waterproof eyeliner on the bottom inside iyswim but I still get panda eyes any tips?

i use eyeshadow in bottom lashes instead of liner, bourjois has a long lasting eyeshadwo that is great

Estée Lauder double wear is really good. I've only started using it recently but have been v impressed. Don't tend to wear the eyeliner every day but I do wear the mascara.

Those bad boys are expensive but they won't budge
