What accessories with this dress?

I am going to a wedding next weekend. I have finally found a dress it is a french navy and it has a band of magenta around the bottom and a small band of cream. The dress is on my knee and it is that pleated material that is around at the mo.

Any ideas? I have a little blue cardigan but I don't know what colour shoes to wear or bag or jewellry.

Well you could go for, blue, cream or magenta easily.

I can't wear cream, it would remind me too much of my youth and my white stilettos. Matching the magenta is going to be hard, so I guess it's blue. That's not even that easy, gawd
