Superga v Converse v Vans?

I know not everyone likes any of them but if you do, which do you like best?

Converse - wish they would bring back the baby blue one stars. I loved them.

Converse. But they need breaking in. They're always quite uncomfortable when new, for the first few wears.

I love Spring Court, they have a cushioned insole and are more comfortable that SuperGa and Converse ...have no idea what Vans look like.

David Cameron wears Converse.

Stereolab - that has caused me great distress! I'd have said Converse all the way, but this made me doubt it.

Fortunately, the only picture I can find of DC's Converse show a particularly unfashionable, non-classic version.

Converse every time, haven't been without a pair since I was in my teens. Agree that they are timeless and go with everything from jeans to a summer dress. Currently have 4 pairs and am lusting after some more. Do quite fancy some Ash satin ones though but they are a bit £££.

Converse all the way for me, they fit my feet. I find superga just a wee bit too wide although I like the way they look.
Have never worn vans.

i've found Vans are for kids, and Converse just make us oldies look like we are trying to hold on to our youth! Superga are much more low key. i don't know about them being just a current trend, cos their website says they have been around for a 100 years! ha ha ha ha

Leather converse for autumn/winter, canvas converse for spring and Bensimon slip ons for summer. I have tried Superga (too clunky) and Vans (too wide) but always come back to converse.

i just got some superga and love the way they look but they are definitely wider (i thought i had wide feet but they still feel roomy!). Converse are fab too (although i've only had cheap knock off versions!)

Superga. I have been wearing them for 20 years. Prior to that I wore Keds.

Everyone round here wears Converse

I have wide feet and have always worn Vans, Converse are too narrow for me!

I own 2 hi-top Converse, 1 low-top pair, Adidas Superstars, raspberry Supergas, 2 x Nikes, 2 x New Balance. I cycle round them all but have worn Converse for the longest (since 2005).

Superga - converse too flat and thin sole - ouch.

Also superga do some with black soles and rubber trim - go better with tights in winter

Superga are good for those with slightly wider feet. Converse cripple me (and I had lovely silver ones - sob!)

They are very comfortable and my cream ones wash up a treat after a cold, no spin wash in the machine with some vanish. They look like new.

This is a Zombie thread but I love all 3.

In my opinion, Vans are the most comfy. I have fifteen several pairs. Old skool are my faves.

Second faves are converse. I prefer the way they look and low tops are great for summer if you don't fancy wearing sandals.

I like my Supergas but they're my least favourite out of the three, although I like the winter versions with the fleece inside that they do.

Converse. Always. Newer styles have a Nike insole in now. So much comfier and springy too! Love my rose gold woven leather ones as well as the classic styles.

Converse and vans. Although I don't actually own a pair of vans at the moment. I agree that converse go with everything and are timeless.

Just looked up Superga and I'm not a fan personally.
