Please help accessorise this dress.

I've just bought this to wear to a wedding. I love it but I'm unsure what to wear with it. I will need (comfy) shoes, a bag and a cardigan/jacket. The wedding is in a chapel. The reception will be outside so I'll need to cover my arms to keep warm!
I'm 28. Size 10. Long dark hair.

Hows about these sandals?

Oh I quite like those. What are Zara shoes like for size/comfort? I'm wondering if a jacket or cardigan will work better with the dress?

'fraid I can't help on the fit of them - AFAIK they're very good but no experience with them - I've got massively wide feet that wouldn't even go inside

I think a jacket or shawl rather than a cardie really, maybe swap the belt for a skinny cream patent one and use a cream pashmina / big scarf / blazer like this?
