This may be possibly the wrong forum for this topic but I don't know where to post it. Can anyone please recommend a good suncream for a 5 year old that I can put on in the morning at school and it will last all day.

Today I used Green People kids suncream and my son came back and his cheeks were burnt! Yes I forgot his cap...

We use Sunsense toddler milk. It comes as a roll on, spf 50 and is australian. Non-sticky and seems to last. Somewhat expensive but hasn't let me down in the last 8 years. We are pale and freckly and girls haven't been burned yet. Can get it online, or in some chemists.

That P20 stuff. A bit odd, but stays put all day, including during any water-based action.

We've always used Ultrasun 50+ Family - applied once a day. It's a thick cream & needs time to soak in before heading out in sun (30 mins?). We've used it on our DS in Greece in August and he didn't burn.

Soltan once for kids. Factor 50+ It's absolutely brilliant (we are a family of pale skinned ginges). It's what I use too, when I go running. Works like a dream. Also doesn't smell vile. It's pricey but you can normally get a 2 for 1 deal at boots.

Another for ultrasun. I buy from QVCUK. Used to have it sent over to me when I lived on oz.

Ultrasun all the way. I wish I had known about this brand years ago. It's usually fairly free from parabens too.
