Nipples like chapel hat pegs

Noticed I was on full beam this morning . Is there anything I can wear/put on to umm dim the glare a little, as it were?

Any advice appreciated :)

Definitely get a moulded bra - or sellotape them down as my mother used to do back in the day

I wear padded bras during the day but have always suffered this problem at the gym until I discovered padded sports bra's (who knew they even existed ) I used to be so embarrassed but not anymore.

Def go with t-shirt bras if you don't want to increase size.
