Heels to wear with skinny jeans for night out for someone that doesn't wear heels!?

The title says it all really! I don't wear heels-other than the odd wedge and the strappy shoes I've worn for weddings make the heels of my feet feel like they've been flattened and end up kicked off on the floor by the time the dancing has started!

Are there any comfortable heels out there or not!?
