Do u have to book to be fitted or can u walk in and be fitted?

You can walk in, but you might have to wait at busy times. Getting there early (just after they open) should mean you are seen immediately.

I had to book for the store in Brent Cross (which has now closed).

I have walked in to the London branch in Hans Place. You might have to wait at busy times (or come back) but if you go at a quietish time (first thing?) it won't be for long (no different from walking into Bravissimo, really). Good selection of glossies to read if you do have to wait.
