Starting a style blog, any tips :-) ?

Having been inspired by lots of the style blogs I've read about on here I've decided to start my own one, and just wondered if any of you lovely bloggers on here have any tips for me?

What is the best way to get followers of the blog? Am I best just following other blogs and hope they follow mine too? Also do PR companies contact you if your blog is good?

I'm so excited, it's all set up, I just need DH to take some photos of me when he gets home tonight and I'll be doing my first post

I like the tone of your writing and also like blog posts which are short but sweet (which yours are). I also like to see someone wearing a total outfit. Styleguile is very good at this... styleguile.blogspot.co.uk/

Do think you need to work on the quality of your photos as the one of you isn't very good. I was laughing at the clock and the hoover plugged into the wall. I realise that you are a real person but that stuff is a bit distracting!
