Where the hell do I buy it?

Thought I'd give this oil cleansing method thing a go, I got a bottle of Samaritan Pharmacy Olive Oil (that will do won't it?).

Also found KTC Almond Oil B.P Sweet (as it says on the label) hair and massage oil (that will do as a moisturiser won't it?).

But what I can't find is Castor oil I've looked in Superdrugs, Boots and ASDA where can I buy that on the high street (the Amazon sellers all charge P&P).

Oh and how do you use the Almond hair oil anyway, do you rub some in like normal conditioner, leave it a few mins and rinse out?.

You will probably find castor oil stocked in independent pharmacies - chains don't seem to stock it but indies do.

I follow OCM but I don't use oil to moisturise afterwards - except occassionally Rosehip Oil.

I buy one litre bottles of Grape Seed Oil online & also use this to massage babies, DP uses it as moisturiser etc. Olive oil is fine too.

OK I will have to nosey around the little places, it should be on the shelf round the indigestion stuff wouldn't it?.

I'm going to use the Almond Oil for all over, I try to avoid chemical filled moisturiser don't like the idea of it soaking into your skin and into your blood stream, but money is tight and oils last longer/ go further then organic creams, I'll try it on my hair as well.

I always ask - seems to be kept behind counter. I've been using oils on face and body for years now and I'm really happy with them. Wouldn't go back to the old ways.

If you've got a south Asian community/pharmacy near you, try there, as castor oil, and others, are used a lot in Ayurvedic treatments.

I ordered mine from Amazon but a lovely young man at work told me of a chemist that stocks it which is owned independently by Asians. So I will be buying mine from them next time I need some. I already use thier grocery shop opposite as the veg is so much nicer from there. Also quite a few threading places dotted about. I have just found a new girl near me though she uses the basement of her parents chippy and yep shes as cheap chips at £4:)
