Where to find a sharp suit?

Hi all,
I think it may be the wrong time of year...but I'm going back to work soon and really need a couple of new simple but smart trouser suits, preferably one navy and one black. I looked in Oasis, Warehouse, M&S, Zara and many others...but can't find something nice. It all seems to be floaty dresses at the moment (which is fair enough for the weather we should be having ;) )
My budget is around 150 for a suit.
Thanks!
PGx

You should be able to get a decent suit from Banana Republic for that budget - particularly if you're prepared to buy online (there are always 20% discounts floating around). I have a couple from there and find them good quality for the price. Can't link atm but check out their workware section for some ideas - the lightweight wool ones are the best imo.

Yes, Banana Republic is a brilliant idea. Hobbs may also be worth looking at if they have any sales on, which they often do.

If you have time it might be worth looking round a Fenwicks or John Lewis at the smaller brands that have areas within the store. I particularly like the Bond St Fenwicks as it's not intimidating, and has a good range of labels but apologies if you are not around London as this would not be relevant unless you can get to it.

thank you! Will check these out.

Hobbs have an outlet website which is good for workwear as the styles don't really date. Austin Reed has good sales on their website also, although might be a bit over budget.
