Trousers for my 11yo DS...

That aren't jeans, chinos, tracksuits or formal wear. Is that too much to ask?

He needs trousers for running about in. I don't like him in tracksuits except for sport and in any case he's tall and skinny and needs a belt/adjustable waist. Jeans are OK, but not good if he's out all day in the rain (with Scouts for example). Previously he's worn combat/cargo type styles, but I can't find anything atm.

What do your skinny DSs wear to play in?

Lands End?

Lumbago, jeans are horrid when they're wet and take ages to dry, so not at all suitable for a day out in the hills, for example. Tracksuits just don't stay up - we've tried lots. He does wear jeans a lot, but sometimes, they're not OK.

He has no interest in clothes at all BTW - if he did he could wear what he wanted.

My v skinny ds who's 13 has just about every variety of skinny jeans. Next do lots of super skinny jeans which aren't denimy at all, quite light weight. He thinks they r cool or should I say sick (his words not mine) Smile although totally agree Pre teen/teenage clothes is a total lack of choice ATM on the Market.
