How to volumise limp, fine hair when I have dandruff?

I have very fine hair and few months ago I stopped using a conditioner after shampooing and instead I spray a leave-in conditioner. Over last 10 days I've noticed that I small white bits in my hair, which I assume is dandruff. How do I treat the dandruff, while still caring for my hair so it is lifted?

Usually I use a cheap, colour friendly shampoo for the first wash (Tresemme), then I use green Kerastase Volumactive shampoo and then the same brand leave-in conditioner. Since I've been doing that my hair became glossy and nicely lifted after the blow-dry or velcro rollers. So what should I do now? Did the fact that I stopped using the after shampoo conditioner is the reason for the dandruff?

L'oreal Elvive in the dark blue container for the flakes.

Thanks. Will it still work for the flakes if I use the Kerstase for the second wash?
Maybe I'm overthinking it Confused.
