I have this. Curling my eye-lashes and having a few individual ones stuck on for definition as well as Lancome Hypnose mascara have made a massive difference. I still have roller blinds instead of eye lids but I look far less tired now.

Also a good eyebrow shape can make you look less hoody. I didn't realise the benefit until I let someone proper do them!
Good luck deltawab

Another YouTube makeup artistis Pixiwoo - they have a tutorial for mature/hooded eyes.

Before she died at 65, my mum was looking into this surgery as her droopy eyelids were literally impeding her vision. I am 44 and mine are much worse already than hers were when she was in her 40's. There are no make up tips that can help in my situation I don't think, so OP, I hear ya. I think I need to start saving.

These work a treat. Bought them recently and they really do do what they say on the tin www.eyelidstrips.co.uk/

You can get botox to raise your eyebrows and therefore the skin covering your eyes, it's very effective and will take years off you.

could be worth also as a previous poster has said, looking into eye makeup that will suit your eyes. I also have hooded eyes but theyve never really bothered me, Jennifer Lawrence has them www.bing.com/images/search?q=jennifer+lawrence&view=detail&id=53DF24D829DB267C5EB9236D4239362F275811E3&first=0
