Hi all, I desperately need help! Been invited to a fairly posh party next week, the dress code is "party frocks" - what the f??@ does that mean? I normally live in jeans. I need - size 16/18, flattering to curvy folks especially the large of nork, with sleeves (or would consider a shrug, maybe), up to about £85 max. I am 44, short hair, reasonable festures but a tad overweight. There will be glamourous people there and I am starting to panic. Would I look stupid in something 50's style? Will take a quick look at Pepperberry - help!!

Pepperberry have lots of lovely dresses. Take a look at their FB page photos for an idea of how they fit and look like on their customers. I have several of their dresses and some feel like they are made to measure, and are very flattering.

A lot of their dresses are sleeveless, I like Hobbs shrugs best but there are plenty of cheap ones to be found on Ebay.

How about this from Pepperberry?

I've just had a chiffon sleeved dress delivered, not this one, but I really, really like it.

Hi thanks, yes I have ordered that Pepperberry one to try on. I do like some of the dresses on the Phase 8 website although they are a bit more ££££ than I wanted really - does anyone know how their sizing comes up? Someone linked a while ago to a website selling slightly retro type dresses, anyone know what site that was? Thanks.
