How does Phase 8 sizing come up?

I don't have any clothing from there but have vague memories of trying to shoe horn myself into my normal size in their shop ages ago. Was it a one off or do I need to go bigger? Thanks.

Go smaller - their sizing is quite generous now.

Not really about sizes, but be wary of Phase 8 necklines - I have found that the necklines of their tops droop quite a lot after they are washed, so a top that was suitable for work starts offering too much of an eyeful and I need to add a vest top underneath!

If it's a jersey dress, you can sometimes go down two sizes, but otherwise, just go down one size, except shirts, which are true to size.
