If you've got 2 under 2, what do you to to keep fit? Time and money seem to evaporate with two and not sure how to do it.

You need Jillian Michaels Shred dvd.

It only takes Half an hour every day. It's great. I initially got it for toning up. There isn't enough cardio in it for me now though (been doing it for about 2 months) so I alternate - Shred one day, half hour run the next day.

Yes DVD when they go to bed.
And run before your partner leaves home. (couch to 5k - brill)

I use the council gym with its creche too. Is that an option? Also had double buggy and trained for the moonwalk when the youngest was turning one with them in buggy- cost a fortune in punctured tyres though! However felt pretty fit by the end and it had a goal which helped!

People are always trying to get rid of fitness equipment which they have bought on a whim, Gumtree for example. Do you have room for a treadmill if you could pick one up at a reasonable price? I really think walking, alternating brisk walking with a moderate pace for about 30 mins 5 times a week is the best way to keep in shape and feel good.
