You know those tights that have no toe bit

for wearing with sandals. Are they wrong? Only I have to go to a wedding in two weeks - have got this dress and these shoes and don't facy bare legs much. Would it really be a fashion crime to wear those tights?

I second or third the leg make up sally hansen or similar as long as you keep it natural and not too much like a ffake tan. its a sort of foundation for legs.

let it dry well first and should be ok

Upahill. The flats are for the end of the evening if my feet can't take heels anymore. By which time everyone will be too drunk it will be too dark to notice them.

I don't understand the no answers you are getting OP.

I have some toeless tights which stay put thanks to the little bit that goes between your big toe (like flip flops), and some with just the toes missing.

they are great as they are sheer flesh colour so work like foundation for my legs, in that they don't change my colouring as such, just negate the corned-beef effect (and help fend off goose bumps in the chilly may weather we're having).

So the exposed toes are not another colour and far far better than no tights for my hideous legs or tights with toes you can see - bleurgh.

I have had fake tan before but was put off for life when I paid a fortune for a professional job (being a fake tan novice) and still ended up patchy. OK I complained but I still had to go to the do with a strange colour effect on me. Angry

I have very very pale legs and I']ve used Sally Henson make up for legs a few times. I can't remember exactly what it's called but it's like foundation for legs - it doesn't really add colour just smooths everything out nicely.

Phhhew!! you had me worried there Themmsnot I got mixed up and thought you meant flats for the whole wedding!!

Nah, themums, it won't smudge anything! Let it dry as someone has already said. Tough enough to get off. It needs a good scrub and shower gel to get off.
