Navy blazer - what trousers? Help

Hello

I need to look smart casual for work and have bought a lovely navy blazer with turn up cuffs from Zara but I now realise all I have is navy trousers/skinnies etc

What can I get tomorrow for a meeting in London on Tuesday

I'm 5.8 and size 14 bottom and chinos looks terrible on me make my arse the size of a bus

I need high street ideas please?

I would go for something dark grey and boot cut I think.

Although actually those are maybe a bit too shiny. The HM website seems to have loads of smart/casual trousers though so maybe have a look there.
