I've not been abroad for about 4 years, I'm now 40 and not sure which to go for.

5ft9 10stone10, legs ok arms ok but problem area is stomach, I've got a jelly belly and c section overhang ( present from nearly 12lb son 9 years ago)

Is it time to cover up now? Was thinking strapless cossy rather than tankini (cos theyre foul)

Yeah nice well designed strapless cossie.

if you want to wear a bikini, wear a bikini. my 60-year old and by no means skinny mum wears one and nobody has asked her to leave the beach yet :o

mirpuppet · 06/05/2012 09:55

Both -- go try on; you can find nice bikinis.

I think you should get whichever you want.I would - and slap on a bit of fake tan and a smile!
(If you are feeling like you may want to cover up at times, get a pretty cover up or sarong too.)

I've always wore bikinis in the past, I mean my stomachs not terrible but just wondering if a costume would look better?
You're right, will go and try a few on
