big bangers & big hips= what dress to buy?

I struggle with clothes, i have big bangers (38F) and big hips, i need a size 18 to get over my hips but thats about 1 1/4 sizes too big for my waist.
I hate the fact my jeans have a huge gap at the back of them so was thinking of ditching them and wearing dresses,but what ones?

v neck on top and a line on the skirts just above the knee
i have same problem but am smaller than yourself (12) this works well for my shape
you can always use a belt on the waist of dresses to give you that great hourglass shape
