I need comfortable shoes,I have cruddy joints and I walk everywhere.
I normaly wear converse or el natralista shoes, but both have recently given up on me...
I've been looking at these and another pair of VERY similar ones from the same website,my (3yr old) DD has some of the kids 'pally's' and another trainer type pair of them, she wont wear anything else, they are the only shoes that dont rub her...

we have the 'same' feet so I reckon these would be super comfy,

but,what do you lot reckon?
Are they nice?

I'll probably mostly wear them with skinny jeans and simple tops, for the preschool run,and around town.

I have a pair of the Aqua Lights which are almost identical. I would reallu recommemd them. I tend to struggle to find comfy shoes and these have been a God-send. My daughter has a pair of their boots and was the initial inspiration.
One thing to note, the front is very rounded. Great for comfort, perhaps not so trendy.

I have a pair. They are incredibly comfy. They are a little odd looking though as they have plenty of space for your toes.

I'm sorry if this is patronising, but tbey have very thin soles so you need to watch your step a bit.

Okay....sounds promising.

I might take the plunge then,asI haven't found anything else...

Ah yes,the aqua lights were the other pair I was looking at...which do you think would be best for everyday walking?

I think the Aqua lites are probably better in terms of rain resistance but I can't imagine that the Lucy Lites are that porous.

Just a random question from a newbie - will these kind of shoes be supportive enough?

I don't know why, but my feet always used to ache so much when walking around a lot (even long shopping trips)

I bought a pair of north face walking shoes (okay, overkill!) and not only were they comfortable, but my feet very rarely ache, even when walking about the whole day...

Will shoes like this prevent this? I would like some lightweight trainer type shoes, but I always hesitate due to my feet 'issues'!

Vivo Barefoot shoes offer no support - which is actually why I find them so comfortable. They allow my foot to step as it should.
