Has anyone used in in a concession or are they really strict and has to be a stand alone store?

Hi, in my experience they do tend to be really strict about it - they are in the concession in Selfridges in Birmingham. You could always try on in store and then order on-line, taking advantage of the discount.

The card doesn't work online either. Bit rubbish really.

Agree MrsCB. You have to validate the card on-line and then use instore. Having said that I did get £15 of the jacket I purchased
