Knackered cuticles-any solutions plse?

Hi: new baby 2weeks ago & my hands are feeling the stress! My cuticles are dry red sore & peeling. I do moisturise my hands, but any tips for lovely cuticle cream/oil?

Good old almond oil and plenty of it. Massage, massage, massage for as long as you can, whenever you get the chance.

Leighton Denny cuticle oil. I carry it in my handbag and just brush a sweep of it on whenever I remember, usually about 3 times a day, and leave it to soak in.

Waitrose baby bottom butter and cotton gloves at night (£1.85 a pair at Asda).

Takes a few night to work. Your Dh might start doing michael jackson impressions. Mine does.

Lansinoh nipple cream - you probably have it in already if you've got a new baby, just smear it on and cuticles are smooth and supple really quickly.

Body Shop Almond Cuticle Oil - really easy to apply as it's in a pen form that you just click :)

Like Fluffy mentioned putting cream on at night then cotton gloves really does help :)

This has totally saved my cuticles, I think they got messed up by all the handwashing that comes with changing two lots of nappies! LOL
