SAHM returning to work - assistance needed!!

I am starting a part-time job very soon which involves standing for anything from 1-3 hrs.

The dress code is smart but I obviously need very comfortable footwear that I would like to be fairly stylish and not too frumpy!! I can't wear complete flats!! Additionally I don't want to spend a fortune!! Other than that I am flexible! :o

I will probably be wearing black trousers a fair amount.

Any help much appreciated. TIA

Loafers - nice shiny ones that come high up your foot. Or a pair of patent lace up brogues with a slight heel.

Tks ladies - 2 of the Clarks pairs look possibles. I would prefer wedges for comfort and also we are not supposed to wear 'heels' of any kind in case of damage to the floor!!

Pity I can't wear slippers!!!!!!
