Make up help!

I never really get proper make up, I go through phases of wearing it but always get the same few problems I'm not really sure how to fix.
1 - I have an oily forehead that I don't know how to fix, and within 15 minutes of putting foundation on it's shiny again. So any tips on face wash or anything similar that will make it less oily would be appreciated. I don't get spots, and it's just my forehead.
2 - Whenever I put foundation on my nose it breaks up quite a lot and looks like I've slept in my make up and not touched it up. I need to wear something on my nose as I have a much pinker nose than the rest of my face!
3 - I'm very pale and always look a bit too brown/orange in the foundations that I use. I like being pale, and want something that will enhance that.

I can do blusher, eye shadow and mascara, no issues there it's just the foundations, primers, powders that I struggle with. I have a middling budget, usually go on the cheap side of things now just because I never know what I'm buying so don't want to waste my money!

It sounds like you're using the wrong moisturiser - maybe go to the clinique/clarins counter and get some advice. You don't have to buy from there - just see what they say and then buy something with the same characteristics. And have you thought about primer? Do you exfoliate? I think you need to prepare your skin better before you put your make up on.

Btw I love clinique total turnaround night cream and then any SPF day cream (currently sanctuary brightening) but you may need something mattifying.
