Please help me - I really can't decide - I have bought it but I'm having second thoughts - it's so bright...is it just the dull weather - or is this a duff purchase?

I love it. It is probably the dull weather giving you doubts. If it was bright and sunny you'd have it on already!

You could layer it over a blue long sleeve tee to make it more wearable during this cooler weather.

Thanks. It doesn't look fantastic in that pic either - black jeans are way too harsh for it, blue works much better.
