...I know you're going to roll your eyes and tut and I know it was a stupid thing to do. I bleached my shoulder length naturally dark blonde hair at Christmas...several times. I had some vague notion that I'd look amazing with platinum blonde hair and not like an aged muttony trollop. I then had to get it cut as it turned to frizz and its now a weird lopsided bob thing. I swore I wouldn't touch it again and just grow it out but I now have a large brown stripe at the roots. Apart from back combing it and wearing a selection of scarves and turbans for the next year...which I have sadly have the wardrobe for, I am wondering if there it ANY way of getting darker blonde through it. I've been protein and conditioning religiously but its palest blonde. I have been a fool.
